Live at Tremblant Bluesfest with Rob MacDonald and Morgan Moore
Delivering a workshop at Tremblant Blues with my smallest fan, my son Cormac, 2010.
Closing the inaugural Montreal Folk Fest on the Canal, with Rob MacDonald in 2008.
Promo shot from Honey Martin, where I played weekly with Rob MacDonald for four years. Taken by the lovely bartender/budding photograoher, Michelle.
Second of a few shots by Michelle at Honey Martin.
One of my favourite live shots. This one ran in the Gazette with the release of Ride the Shadows. Taken by the great John Kenney of the Montreal Gazette.
I love random band shots. This is backstage at the Maison de la Culture Pointe Aux Trembles, in east Montreal. Sly Coulombe and JF Valade and I chatting with Rick Haworth. It was a big night for me, as the show was being recorded for CBC but this band had never played together. Rob MacDonald was out of the country as I recall. Anyway, the show went very well and can still be streamed on CBC.ca I believe.
Just after our set at the Victoriaville Blues Festival in 2004, left to right are Rob MacDonald, me, Tony Cuco, RD Harris and guest harmonica God, Guy Belanger. This was the band for many years, and a great band it was. Note the sweat, proof of our hard work on stage.
